Depends on what you want. My favorite island is Kauai, 2 lane road around entire island, beautiful mountains, beaches. Stay at the Grand Hyatt Poipu Beach, top notch. Or consider Princeville on Kauai's north shore. You can go whale watching if the ocean isn't too rough (winter season has large surf on the north shore). The Big Island is also very nice. I like the Mauna Lani but Mauna Kea is very nice as well. If you don't mind a bit more touristy flavor than Maui is good. Front Street on Lahaina has some decent restaurants. For lodging I like Ritz Kapalua, especially if you golf since that's where the Mercedes Championship is or Grand Wailea near Kihei (try the Plantation House restaurant, the fish is to die for). I haven't stayed at the Four Seasons but the Wailea Marriot isn't too bad either. Haleakala is amazing, the road to Hana is scenic as well. PM me if you want more details.
